Classes can be booked directly through our online platform. Simply choose your class, select your preferred time and confirm your reservation.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session to check in and settle into the space comfortably.

For reformer classes : our BASICS classes are designed for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the practice. 
For mat classes : designed for all levels 

Grip socks are mandatory for reformer classes. You can buy them at the studio for 150rs. 
Mat classes are practiced barefoot.
Make sure to bring your water bottle and a towel. If you forget, we can provide them for you. 

Antidote offers both reformer and mat pilates classes designed to complement different movement styles and fitness levels.

Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being charged.

No, we do not have showers. However, we do provide changing areas for your comfort and convenience.

Antidote Bar is open to both members and walk-ins.

Depending on your stage of pregnancy and previous pilates experience, some classes may be suitable. We always recommend consulting your doctor beforehand and informing our instructors before class.
